FREE COMMUNITY EVENT

Come to enjoy a great, once-in-a-lifetime evening with the Porirua church of Christ. There will be refreshments, activities and games, a message from God’s word, and opportunities to win cool stuff! Bring the whole crew to this family-friendly event!

Willie Franklin

Willie Franklin played for the Baltimore Colts (now the Indianapolis Colts) from 1971to 1973. He then signed with the Los Angeles Rams (now the St. Louis Rams) in 1974, but he didn’t stay with them long, as his heart was in teaching others about Jesus Christ. Willie has since dedicated his efforts to preaching and teaching the gospel. While most of his work has been in the USA, he and his wife, Pam, spent seven years in Papua New Guinea as missionaries. Willie has also worked closely with the church in Australia.

Willie is in constant demand for public speaking at universities, lectureships, churches, and youth rallies. He and Pam are currently living in Texas, and they continue to dedicate their time to the gospel and their family. They have four children.
